Welcome!

I am a native Houstonian and mother of three adult children. My own birth experiences, both at home and in hospital, taught me that birth is never "one size fits all". I offer completely non-biased support throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. Motherhood is a defining, gratifying, and often challenging journey! Just as all of us are unique, so is every birth experience.

As your Doula, I will provide you with evidence-based information regarding medical procedures, pain management techniques, and plenty of resources for any questions you have. I am a compassionate professional who will educate and empower you to advocate for yourself in labor.

I am a professionally trained and experienced Birth Doula and AABC Birth Assistant. I work in the greater Houston area, and offer virtual services worldwide.
